A comprehensive anthology of decision making frameworks

Binda Zane's effort is a concise and straight-to-the point analysis of the human behaviour under stressing situations, and how to overcome them with logical frameworks. The actionable and succint points he makes more than make up for the terse storytelling. I found myself wondering on my past decisions while reading this book, and I'm already planning to approach my next project meeting with some Delphi Method... Wish me luck!

Concise... Credible... And helpful

This book cuts to the chase. While it does not have lots of warm stories its tightly packed with actionable ideas presented in a logical framework. If all businesses bureaucracies nation states and organizations took the information in this book to heart, the world would be a better place. Good book, important read.

An excellent and very accessible book. Binda Zane's corporate and life experience and his practical ideas combine to provide a toolbox for a new way of decision making in corporations, teams and in work life. His views on methods for effective and efficient decision making particularly resonated with me.
