please note!

This does not contain access to the WileyPLUS system. My professor is requiring that access, and because it was mentioned in the product description, I thought the WileyPLUS code would be included. It, unfortunately, is not, and now I have to return the textbook because WileyPLUS costs seventy-five dollars from the publisher if purchased alone. I will go to the college bookstore and buy the items bundled, because amazon doesn't offer them bundled in hardcover form (only Binder Ready Version).
Otherwise, the textbook honestly looks great. I haven't read it yet, because I need to return it, but it has quite a lot of color pages, diagrams, and learning tools that look promising.

Interesting textbook for student or lay person

This book is designed as a textbook but is fascinating for the lay-person also. Divided into five sections "Sorting Fact From Fantasy", "Energy Containing Nutrients", "From Deficiency to Excess", "Applying Nuutrition to Life", and "Nutrition in Today's World" with a practical, everyday life approach. A useful and interesting primer.

The text I need for a class i'm taking....but I got it, in GREAT condition, for a much cheaper price via Amazon than was being sold (used) at the campus bookstore!
