Worst E&E I've ever used (and I've used a lot of them)

Ok, so I've used the E&E series for just about every course that has one. Most of the time, they're good. Some are certainly better than others. But this one.... this one is awful.
A) I normally don't spend too much time on the actual Examples or Explanations. I spend most of my time reading the sections to get an idea of what the rule is. This book spends exactly 0% of the actual chapter space explaining the rule. Instead, you are forced to do each of the examples and read through each of the explanations to get to the point.
B) Even when you do read through the examples and explanations, there's so much irrelevant nonsense in there. It's impossible to read.
C) Even if you're able to wade through all the nonsense, you're still left asking questions that the author hasn't answered.
D) The examples are soooooooooooooooo long, and the explanations even longer..... Annoying.
E) The jokes that the author makes are annoying and misplaced.
I would recommend not buying this book. Anything at all would be better.

This is the only E&E I used throughout law school. But it was well worth it. It tests all the nuances you need to know. The only complaint is that the answers it gives are a bit long. 3 pages of questions is followed by 13 pages of explanations.

Good Sales supplement

This book was very helpful to me when studying for my Sales and Leases exam. Unfortunately, it does not cover the CISG. The coverage of the UCC is great though.
